How the Reading Process Works: 

1. Book your reading

After purchasing, you’ll receive a questionnaire where you can send me the details I need for your reading.

If you don’t receive anything after your purchase, please check your spam/junk folder first. If it’s still not there, you can email me at info@astropsychologybyevelyn.com with your details and your question directly. 

Please include your date of birth, place of birth and birth time if known, as well as the same details for the other person.

When writing your date of birth, please write the month in words rather than using numbers, as date formats are different in different countries.

2. I’ll confirm that I’ve received your details

Once I have everything I need, I’ll send you a confirmation email and let you know when you can expect your reading.

3. Your reading will be prepared

Readings usually take around 14–20 days, depending on how many orders I currently have.

4. Your reading will be sent by email

Once your reading is ready, I’ll send it directly to the email address you used when booking.

If the expected delivery date has passed and you haven’t received anything, please check your spam/junk folder first. If it’s not there, contact me and I’ll check it for you.

Please make sure the email address you enter at checkout is correct, as this is where I’ll send all communication and your completed reading.
